Since the safety and well-being of everyone is of the utmost importance, please adhere to the following standard tournament security policies, including a list of permitted and prohibited items.

Know before you go

As the safety and well-being of everyone who attends our event is of the utmost importance, please become familiar with and adhere to the standard tournament policies which include a Permitted/Prohibited Items List and a Bag Policy.

All persons and items are subject to search prior to being granted access into the tournament. Persons found to be in possession of prohibited items or bags that exceed the permitted size specifications will be asked to return those items to their vehicle before being allowed to board shuttles or enter the tournament grounds.

Spectators

Permitted items

Permitted BagNo opaque bags larger than a small purse 6” x 6” including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags.

Permitted Bag

Clear plastic, vinyl or other carry items not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12”.

Permitted Bag

A one gallon clear re-sealable plastic bag.

Permitted Scooter

Segways®, motorized scooters or other personal transportation devices when used as a mobility aid by individuals with mobility impairment.

Permitted Mobile Device

Mobile phones, tablets, and PDA’s – MUST be on Silent mode and adhere to TOUR’s Mobile Device Policy.

Permitted Camera

Still camera with lens smaller than 6” inches; no case (during practice rounds only).

Permitted Umbrella

Umbrellas without sleeve.

Permitted Portable Radio

Portable radios with headsets.

Permitted Medical Supplies

Medically necessary supplies, Strollers, small diaper bags, plastic baby bottles, and other necessary baby supplies (infant must be with carrier) – items subject to search.

Permitted Chairs

Collapsible chairs without chair bags.

Permitted Binoculars

Binoculars without case.

Permitted Seat Cushion

Seat cushions that do not require a carrying case or that do not have pockets or compartments.

Prohibited items

Prohibited Bag

No bags larger than a small purse 6” x 6” including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags.

Prohibited Bag

No clear plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12” x 6” x 12”.

Prohibited Cup

No Plastic, Metal, or Glass Cups, Cans or Containers of any kind except for medical or infant needs.

Prohibited Computer

No computers or laptops.

Prohibited Laser

No fireworks or laser pointers.

Prohibited Chair

No lawn or oversize chairs, seat cushions, or bicycles.

Prohibited Case

No seat cushions in a carrying case or that have pockets or compartments.

Prohibited Pets

No pets, except for service animals.

Prohibited Weapons

No knives, firearms or weapons of any nature.

Prohibited Camera

No video cameras (all week).

Prohibited Camera

No cameras (during competition rounds).

Prohibited Selfie Stick

No selfie sticks or hand held camera stabilizers.

Prohibited Coolers

No beverages (patrons may not bring in or exit with beverages) or coolers.

Prohibited TVs & Radios

No radios or TVs.

Prohibited Signs

No posters, signs or banners.

Prohibited Motorcycles

No motorcycles, mopeds, tricycles, bicycles (whether or not motor-driven), skateboards, hoverboards, or other similar devices will be permitted to be operated on or within tournament property.
